I have ordered a pre-order item, what happens now?

Your pre-order item will be sent out about mid-October. We do our best to ensure items are sent out as close to this date as possible however there can be the odd delay. It would be appreciated if you do not contact us asking us where your order is until after the date specified.

General sales

All orders will be processed for you with 1-3 working days, our team works Monday-Friday so please allow an extra day if ordering over a weekend. Please read our Shipping Policy for further details.

 

Can I buy a calendar in person?

Yes, from mid-October our 2024 SPCA Calendars will be available in all SPCA Centres and SPCA Op Shops. However, we cannot guarantee that all varieties of calendars will remain in stock.

 

Do you provide an in-store pickup service for online orders?

Unfortunately, we do not provide in-store pick for online orders.

 

What methods of payment do we accept online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay and American Express.

 

I’ve been sent the wrong item, what do I do?

We sincerely apologise about this. Please email us at events@spca.nz so we can arrange a replacement item.

 

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We sincerely apologise about this. Once the item has been returned and received back from you, we can either provide you with a replacement item or a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

 

Do you deliver internationally/outside of New Zealand?

Unfortunately, we only ship to New Zealand addresses.
